(Maximum Sports Channels – Phil Naessens) While the Fantasy Football season long leagues are winding down those of us playing DFS at FanDuel have a few more weeks to go. Week 14 was a difficult week but the beauty of DFS is we get to begin again every Monday. I have five Running Backs I think are in great spots to have big games this Sunday.

Atlanta Falcons RB Devonta Freeman ($7700) has a great opportunity this Sunday against a San Francisco 49ers defense allowing 170.8 rushing yards a game with 19 touchdowns this season. Freeman is averaging 14.3 FanDuel points per game with 791 rushing yards and seven touchdowns this season. Freeman’s stats at home are also pretty good with 286 rushing yards and five touchdowns in six games at home this season. Vegas set the over under at 51.5 points with the home team Falcons an early week 11.5 point home favorite. That reads blowout and while there is a bit of a timeshare with RB Tevin Coleman ($6500) I think it will be Freeman doing most of the damage from the Falcons backfield on Sunday.

Buffalo Bills RB LeSean McCoy ($9000) has a terrific opportunity this Sunday against a Cleveland Browns defense allowing 146.2 rushing yards a game and 14 touchdowns this season. On the road the Browns aren’t much better allowing 974 rushing yards and eight touchdowns in six road games this season. McCoy is averaging 18.2 FanDuel points a game with 976 rushing yards and ten touchdowns this season and an additional 317 receiving yards and one touchdown. At home McCoy has rushed for 439 yards and eight touchdowns. Vegas set the over under at 44 with the home team Bills an early week ten point favorite. It will be cold and windy in Buffalo this Sunday and I am high on McCoy this week against the Browns.

New England Patriots RB LeGarrette Blount ($6300) has a great opportunity this week against a Denver Broncos defense allowing 127.2 rushing yards a game and 12 touchdowns this season and in six road games at home the Broncos have allowed 950 yards and eight touchdowns. Blount is averaging 14.8 FanDuel points a game with 1029 yards and 14 touchdowns and on the road has rushed for 468 yards and five touchdowns. Vegas set the over under at 44 points with the visiting Patriots an early week three point favorite. Weather shouldn’t be much of a factor and I like the price and of course I like the matchup Blount has this Sunday.

Tennessee Titans RB DeMarco Murray ($7400) has a good opportunity this Sunday against a Kansas City Chiefs defense allowing 122.9 rushing yards and nine touchdowns this season. Murray is averaging 18.6 FanDuel points per game with 1135 rushing yards and nine touchdowns this season and as a receiver has caught 45 balls for 309 yards and three touchdowns. On the road Murray has rushed for 469 yards and three touchdowns and has also caught one pass for a touchdown. Vegas set the over under at 44 points with the home team Chiefs an early week six point home favorite. It will be a cold day in Kansas City and Murray should have plenty of chances to run wild on the Chiefs this week.

Arizona Cardinals RB David Johnson ($9800) has a great opportunity this Sunday against a New Orleans Saints defense allowing 98.4 rushing yards a game and 14 touchdowns this season and on the road the Saints defense has allowed 818 yards and ten touchdowns this season. Johnson has rushed for 1085 yards and eleven touchdowns this season and at home has rushed for 580 yards and six touchdowns and has caught 36 passes for two touchdowns. Vegas set the over under at 50 points with the home team Cardinals an early week 2.5 point favorite. At this point Johnson is matchup proof but he is expensive so if you can figure out a way to get him in your lineup you should.

Good luck at FanDuel this week!
